Electronic file sharing is a great way to share information with us. We’re committed to using the latest technologies to reduce the amount of time needed and increase the security of your confidential data. Email has often been used to transmit documents, but in todays increasingly complex cyber environment, it is too easy for email to be spied on in transit. We recommend using a secure file sharing cloud service such as Dropbox or OneDrive. If you already have one in place, simply share a folder with us and let us know. If you don’t, we recommend setting up an Account with Dropbox. A basic account is free and should cover most customer’s needs. Detailed instructions can be found by following this link.
Please be sure to setup a shared folder and send the link to firstname.lastname@example.org. Feel free to reach out to us if you encounter any difficulties. Once the folder is configured, sharing files is done by simply copying the files to the folder. When we have your information ready, we will place it in the same folder and let you know it is ready for your review.
